| Quality Assurance Assessment Report Following the recent inspection, a quality assessment was completed under the New Harmonised Schemes. Detailed below are some notes relative to the overall quality assessment in the Guest Accommodation Scheme, as observed and discussed at the time of the visit. |
| Follow on report: A well presented and maintained property offering very comfortable accommodation it is situated on the outskirts of Bromsgrove with easy access to surrounding commercial, and tourist attractions. There is ample parking to the front of the property with very good exterior lighting. The general attention to detail throughout will ensure guests are well looked after. The bedrooms are well decorated (several having been redecorated this year) with very good quality fixtures and fitting, soft furnishings and very good levels of heating and lighting. Housekeeping standards are also very good. Many suggestions made on previous visits have been implemented and show the owners commitment to high standards of customer care. The en-suite bathrooms continue to be maintained and decorated as before with a practical range of toiletries provided. A pleasant lounge, restaurant and reception area with very good quality furniture and good levels of heating and lighting creating a good atmosphere and gives a very good first impression. |
| Overall: A well-run hotel that meets its chosen market well. The emphasis in the operation on guest care and very good standards of housekeeping allows for a Four Diamond rating within the Harmonised Schemes for the current period. |
